Return Eligibility

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Food and beverage items, including coffee, are not eligible for return once opened or used, unless there is a quality issue or fulfillment error.

 


 

Timeframe for Returns

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 


 

Condition of Returned Items

Eligible non-food items (such as merchandise or accessories) must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used coffee products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items (if marked as such)
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or affiliates

Because a portion of proceeds supports charitable care, we are unable to accept discretionary returns on consumable goods.

 


 

Return Process

To request a return or report an issue:

  1. Email hello@ficklefrenchie.com with your order number
  2. Include a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 


 

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

Exchange Policy

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we are happy to offer:

  • A replacement item (when available), or
  • A refund, based on your preference

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 


 

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us.
  • For approved non-defective merchandise returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
