The Court Program: Partner Terms

1. Joining

The Court Program ("the Program") is free to join. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Accounts are approved automatically when you register. We may still close any account that breaks these terms (section 9).
You must give accurate details and keep your login private.

2. Your link

You receive a personal referral link (format https://ficklefrenchiecoffeeclub.com/?ref=YOURCODE). Use only the link shown in your partner dashboard. Do not edit or shorten it in a way that removes the ref code.
Tracking: when someone taps your link, the visit is remembered on their device for 7 days. If they order in that time, the order is credited to you. If they tap another partner's link afterwards, the most recent link counts (last click). Tracking depends on cookies and browser storage and can fail (for example, if a customer clears their browser or blocks tracking). We cannot credit orders we cannot track.

3. Commission

15% of the eligible order value of approved orders of FFCC coffee placed through your link, rising to 20% from your 101st approved sale. Your 1st to 100th approved sales earn 15%; your 101st and every later approved sale earn 20%. Refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders do not count towards the 100. The Wheelie Roast stays at 0% and does not count towards the 100. Eligible order value means product price after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
The Wheelie Roast: 0%. 100% of net profit from The Wheelie Roast helps fund mobility and medical care for French Bulldogs in need, so no commission is paid on it.
Mission: 20% of net profit from Royal Court coffee (15% on a partner's sales from their 101st onward, when their commission rises to 20%), and 100% from The Wheelie Roast, help fund mobility and medical care for French Bulldogs in need. We currently donate to established rescue organizations and are working toward our own wheelchair program. We do not name or represent any rescue organization, and partners must not state or imply that FFCC is partnered with, endorsed by, or donating to any named charity or rescue.
Subscriptions: subscription orders placed through your link earn commission as tracked and shown in your partner dashboard. If we limit how many recurring payments earn commission, we will state the limit in these terms and in your dashboard before it applies.
Not credited: purchases by you or for you through your own link; orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or charged back (commission is reversed if already paid); fraudulent or test orders; orders where the referral breaks these terms.
We may change rates or eligible products with at least 14 days' notice by email or on the Program page. Changes do not affect commission already earned.

4. Payment

Method: PayPal.
Schedule: monthly, for commissions approved in the previous month.
Hold period: commissions are approved after a 30-day hold to allow for returns and refunds.
Minimum payout: $25. Balances below the minimum roll over.
You are responsible for your own taxes. We may request tax forms (for example a US W-9) before paying, and we will issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) where the law requires.

5. Disclosure (required)

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission every time you promote FFCC, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and similar laws elsewhere.
Put #ad (or "Paid partnership" / "I earn a commission") at the start of captions, where it is visible without tapping "more". On Stories, Reels and video, show it on screen (and say it in video). Instagram's "Paid partnership" label is welcome as well, not instead.
Pick & Post Pro adds #ad as the first line of every caption it prepares for you. If you remove it, edit the caption, or post any other way, the disclosure is still your responsibility.

6. How you may promote

Allowed: your own social accounts, website, newsletter and conversations with people who know you, using approved FFCC images and captions or your own honest words.

Not allowed:

spam: unsolicited bulk email, DMs or comments; buying followers or engagement
paid search ads that bid on "Fickle Frenchie", "FFCC", our product names or misspellings; ads that imitate FFCC
coupon/deal sites, cash-back or incentive sites; offering your own rebates
claiming to be FFCC or speaking on our behalf
health or medical claims about coffee or about the dogs we help
income claims: do not tell anyone how much they can earn as a partner, or recruit with earnings promises
altering approved images (other than cropping for the platform), or using FFCC logos or character art outside approved materials
offensive, misleading or illegal content, or content aimed at children
any message that pressures people through false urgency or pity

7. Content and brand

We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the approved images, characters (Sir Winston, Princess Poppy, Baron Zorro, Countess Penelope, Marquess Reginald, The Wheelie Roast) and captions solely to promote FFCC while you are a partner. Mission statements must be used as written; do not reword them.

8. Privacy

We process your details to run the Program, using GoAffPro (our affiliate software provider). See our Privacy Policy: https://ficklefrenchiecoffeeclub.com/policies/privacy-policy. Do not collect customers' personal data on our behalf.

9. Ending the partnership

Either side can end it at any time, by email or by closing the account. We may suspend or close an account, and withhold unpaid commission linked to the breach, if these terms are broken. Approved commission earned legitimately before closure is paid in the next normal payout.

10. General

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to unpaid commission owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: Court@Ficklefrenchiecoffeeclub.com.

11. Protections

Your responsibility: you are responsible for your own posts, accounts and websites. If something you post or do breaks these terms or the law and causes a claim against FFCC, you agree to cover FFCC's reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees.
Resale: orders bought for resale or other commercial use do not earn commission.
Our name: do not use "Fickle Frenchie", "FFCC", our product or character names, or misspellings of them in any domain name, username, page name or ad account.
Checks: we may review your posts and pages, and ask you for information, to confirm you are following these terms.
Overpayments: if we pay you more than you earned (for example, an order is later refunded), we may deduct the difference from future payouts.
Limit of liability: we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the commission paid or owed to you in the previous 12 months.
Changes to these terms: we may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email or on the Program page. Continuing in the Program after that date means you accept the update; if you do not, you may close your account.
